Everyone wants to SEE changes. What you see effects how you feel and the likelihood of you maintaining healthy behaviors. When you see positive changes this encourages you to keep going. The visual, effects the mental.
The most important aspect of health and wellness. Nutrition effects your performance, your energy level, how you feel, how you think, and is a bigger determinate in weight management than just doing exercise alone.
